Maryna and Sarel, spent the best part of the past decade, experimenting and perfecting the FDL technique. The small compact set-up is the result of trying to find a lighting solution for automative photography, which is small and light enough for, as Maryna would say: "easy enough for a girl like me to handle".

Maryna is an experienced commercial and automotive photographer and a much respected photography teacher both in her native South Africa and abroad. She is a published author on the subject of photography.
